Do you take wholesale orders?

Wholesale opportunities are always interesting to us. We have a growing list of wholesale partners, and are looking to expand. We are happy to discuss your needs and requirements with you personally. How can I make a change to my placed order?

To make changes to online orders, please email us at support@vocier.com within two hours of order placement. After the two-hour window has elapsed, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order as it may have already shipped. If your request is within the two-hour window, please send an e-mail to support@vocier.com with your order number and the changes you want to make, such as an updated address or different item. Note that our office hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Central European Time.

How do I know that my online purchase is secure?

Order with complete confidence. We use SSL certificates for all our e-commerce transactions. However, if you prefer not to place your order through our website feel free to call us, or email us at support@vocier.com. We are happy to process your order via email or phone.

How long does delivery take?

How long delivery takes depends on several factors, but we use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your package arrives in a timely fashion. These include DPD and UPS. Still, delivery times will vary depending on the location of your order. Our distribution centers are located in Germany (European orders), New Jersey (USA orders), and China (Asia-Pacific orders). Therefore, quick delivery can be expected. Even with standard shipping, you can expect your package to arrive within five business days.

Do I pay tax and duties outside of the EU?

For shipments outside of the EU we do not collect VAT. However, at VOCIER, we are one of the very few companies that deliver DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means, instead of you going through all the paperwork and payments (which vary from country to country), we do it for you. We pay all duties and taxes automatically. Your goods are never held back in an import warehouse, and you get them as smoothly as possible. This also means that every customer will pay exactly the same amount, no matter where they are. We feel our customers are global citizens, therefore we want to ship globally with as little friction points as possible for our customers. International tax law is pretty complicated, and we want to make sure all our customers get the same hassle-free experience when ordering from VOCIER. Incorrect address and undelivered parcels

In case you ordered a parcel to the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. Once received and refunded, you can re-order the item(s).

How quickly does an order ship?

All orders placed before 1 pm (CET) will be dispatched the same working day. Once you’ve placed an order, more accurate delivery information will be communicated at the checkout.

How do I place an order on VOCIER.com?

Follow these simple steps for placing an online order at VOCIER.com: 1) Place the products you want to purchase in the cart 2) Proceed to the check-out to complete your purchase 3) Once at the check-out page, fill in all the required information 4) Choose a payment method 5) Confirm your purchase by completing the payment after which a confirmation e-mail will follow. What’s the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order anytime. To do so: 1) Log in to your VOCIER account 2) Under ‘Recent Orders,’ select your order 3) From here, you can view order details and track your order(s) You can also access your order info through your confirmation e-mail. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

In the check-out menu you can choose whether you’d like to create an account or not. Having an account makes it easier to follow-up on any completed orders as well as making any future orders.
