Do you really ship free of charge?

We offer free shipping and returns world-wide. Free shipping is provided by DPD in Germany, and UPS for all other countries. All outbound orders are shipped DPD Express, meaning that all applicable regional duties and taxes are paid by us. However, depending on your location, additional duties may apply of which we are unaware. So, in rare instances, these may be charged by local delivery agents.

Which countries does VOCIER ship to?

VOCIER ships to almost every country in the world. Note on shipping to Russia: shipping time is approximately 4-6 weeks as we do not have a reliable logistics partner. For this reason,  VOCIER does not take responsibility for product delivery in Russia.

How long does delivery take?

How long delivery takes depends on several factors, but we use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your package arrives in a timely fashion. These include DPD and UPS. Still, delivery times will vary depending on the location of your order. Our distribution centers are located in Germany (European orders), New Jersey (USA orders), and China (Asia-Pacific orders). Therefore, quick delivery can be expected. Even with standard shipping, you can expect your package to arrive within five business days.

Is my package insured during shipping?

We provide package insurance which covers all goods against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from VOCIER to their final shipping address. Once an item is delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. In rare instances a box may arrive damaged in transport. We recommend you either refuse delivery, or make a note when signing that you’re accepting a damaged box.

How do I track my package?

When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email confirming your order tracking details, including shipping details and tracking number. In some cases, VOCIER will drop ship for one of our retail partners. In this case, the shipping details will be provided by our retail partner. Please note that VOCIER does not have any control over delays caused by destination customs.

Incorrect address and undelivered parcels

In case you ordered a parcel to the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. Once received and refunded, you can re-order the item(s).
